This is my highest level of coaching. You’ll receive full support across both your training and nutrition, with a clear, personalised plan and ongoing guidance to ensure you continue progressing every step of the way.
This is for those who want structure, accountability, and expert guidance, without guessing, second-guessing, or starting over.
What you get:
Fully customised training program
Your workouts are designed specifically for your goals, experience level, and environment. Whether you train at home or in the gym. Your program includes clear structure, progressive overload, and ongoing adjustments to ensure continued strength and progress.
Personalised calories and macros
Your nutrition targets are tailored to your body and goals, whether your focus is fat loss, building muscle, or improving performance. These are adjusted as needed to keep you progressing and avoid plateaus.
Flexible dieting approach
You’ll learn how to structure your nutrition in a sustainable way that allows you to include the foods you enjoy, while still achieving results.
Monthly meal plan example and recipe library
You’ll receive practical guidance through meal plan examples and access to a large library of simple, high-protein recipes designed to help you hit your targets consistently.
Weekly check-ins, progress monitoring, and adjustments
Your progress is reviewed weekly. Your training, nutrition, and strategy are adjusted when needed to ensure you continue moving forward.
Direct access to your coach for support and accountability
You’ll have ongoing access to me for questions, guidance, form checks, and support throughout the week. This ensures you stay consistent, confident, and on track.
Exercise video demonstrations and technique feedback
Every exercise includes video demonstrations, and you can submit form videos at any time for feedback to improve your technique and maximise results.
Fully app-based coaching experience
Your training program, nutrition targets, check-ins, progress tracking, and resources are all delivered in one place, giving you complete clarity and structure.

You’ll learn the skills and knowledge needed to maintain your results long-term, without relying on restrictive plans.
